Requirements & Qualifications

• Class 12 or equivalent educational qualification.
• Strong interest in retail sales and customer service.
• German language proficiency at B2 level generally recommended.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and professional behaviour.
• Basic mathematical and numerical abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn billing systems.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends where required.
• Strong teamwork and organisational skills.
• Responsible, punctual and positive attitude.
