Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with electrical tools and equipment under supervision.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Class 10 / Class 12 or equivalent qualification, depending on employer requirements.
• ITI or technical background preferred but not mandatory for every programme.
• Basic understanding of mathematics and science.
• German language proficiency, generally B1–B2.
• Strong interest in electrical systems and technical work.
• Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and participate in practical training.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Germany.
