Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional nursing care and assistance to elderly residents.
  • Monitor vital signs and assess patients’ health conditions.
  • Administer prescribed medications and follow individual care plans.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
  • Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and infection-control standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing education.
  • Previous experience in elderly care, geriatric nursing, or long-term care preferred.
  • Knowledge of patient assessment, medication administration, and nursing procedures.
  • Willingness to learn German (A1–B2), as required for professional recognition and employment.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and responsible attitude.
  • Valid passport and relevant educational and professional documents.
