Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organise operating rooms, surgical instruments, and medical equipment.
• Assist surgeons and anaesthesiologists during surgical procedures.
• Maintain sterile techniques and infection-control protocols.
• Support pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Monitor patient safety throughout surgical procedures.
• Ensure the availability and proper functioning of surgical equipment.
• Maintain accurate surgical records and nursing documentation.
• Coordinate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing education.
• 2+ years of Operating Theatre or surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures, sterilisation, and infection prevention.
• Familiarity with operating room protocols and medical equipment.
• German language learning willingness (A1–B2), depending on employer and recognition requirements.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Valid passport and relevant educational and professional documents.
